Sleeping bag liner?

I dont use one with my army surplus sleeping bag with the sleeves because the thing is so easy to machine wash and its lasted me and is still pretty good condition, but if I had a fancier one that didn't have a thick canvass outer, and was just thin cottony nylon, I would.

I have made sleeping bag liners to fit using old sheets. Admittedly mostly old cotton and flannelette sheets that had belonged to my mother and were good quality but no longer used, worked well.
