Hi everyone,
New to the site and looking forward to hearing and responding to posts. Ex military and now work internationally providing survival, security and medical advice in hostile and remote areas of the world. Although I would consider myself very good at surviving and bushcraft in all environments I do not know too much about sustainability in whatever it is that is coming. I am very concerned about global warming and the dwindling natural resources and fear economic collapse at some point in the future. Currently working toward 72 hour independence with a view to developing something more sustainable in the medium to longer term. I live and work from a lovely part of the UK Herefordshire and there is lots of opportunity to research and investigate ideas and concepts.
Regards
Dave C

Welcome Dave,
Its probably a coincidence but I knew a guy who lived in Hereford with the same background/skills you have and the same first name and initial, not seen him for years, you didn't once own a Kawasaki Z650 in the 90s by any chance.
