Don't forget folks, that I also have to post these out to you from the UK. I intend to do this standard second class postage, unless anyone wants recorded, etc. I will let each of you know how much your UK postage is once I've been to the Post Office and got them all weighed.

I would say around 3kg of rice. I generally keep rice/pasta in it's original packaging (buy it in 1kg packs) and THEN mylar it. I just put two or three pin holes in the product packaging before I pop it into the mylar bags, throw a couple of oxy absorbers and then seal. I find that keeping the product in its original packets gives an added layer of protection against any damage that may occur as sometimes pasta can pierce mylar bags.

So blooming obvious and yet I'd never thought of that! Thanks for the tip!

I haven't forgotten about the mylar folks, I've just been snowed under for a while with real-world stuff! Got the shipping cost, so I just need to work out the VAT now *sigh* and we're back up and running. Thanks for your patience.

No worries itsy, think I speak for everyone when I say we really appreciate you going to the trouble to set this up, :D
(Plus I'd completely forgot to add VAT so nice to know I'll probably have another pay check in before it's time to send the monies...)
