also a few items and potential issues i have come across so far

i have the coleman bedrock 2 tent...its 2.5kg but only fits into my bag stood up and is the full depth taking up almost half the main compartment...exterior carrying is possible but difficult as the andes 120L hiker backpack doesnt offer lots of stable webbing etc im worried when my 4 seasons sleeping bag arrives and ive added a couple of other bits theyll be no main section room left and after watching how to correctly load your bag it isnt going to work lol.

ended up making a few changes to above item and adding some more before ordering today. should be arriving from saturday for a 2 week period. once its all arrived ill add a list of items for our B.O.B etc

The only thing I would say is buying boots without trying them on is not always wise.

For the last five years I have had to buy safety work boots on line. I literally live in them, and am on my feet ten hours a day. I use the same eBay trader, same brand, and I have no problems. The three shops in town that sold workwear ( and I bought from) are sadly, long gone. I also keep two pairs in hand, in case of supply problem.

Sure can! I wear Chukka safety boots,cheap as chips.Last lot were before lockdown at about £13 a pair. Tough as hell.It appears the seller I have used is no longer with us,but there are plenty of that brand available.Just check the seller rating.

Once winter sets in I usually stump up for the Titanium (keep my eyes out for them going on offer )

I'm 50% inside 50% outside all year round often on and off driveable plant machinery Dr Martin's are nice but soles split easily especially if your driving a bit in them
