Thats annoying, though a new kitchen on the HA (health authority?) is great! My extra space comes from having a four burner hob and oven, not a 5 burner, plus having the chimney knocked out and a pair of steels put in the ceiling to hold the house up Plus a proper kitchen cupboard, not a vertical CD rack to hold my tins.diamond lil wrote: ↑Sun May 26, 2019 7:50 am I got a new kitchen a few months back, HA put it in - but am finding it has a lot less storage space.
It's unbearable, isn't it! This week, I've been trying out the frozen foods that I defrosted and dehydrated - some seem to be fine, but others weren't dehydrated enough, and there's a little clump of mould, so I threw the whole (half litre box) out. Good lesson on what to do for the future. Plus I've just checked the sizing of my new sink, and its as I thought - big enough to take my dehydrator shelves, a quick soak and a quick wash, and they're done - finding something big enough to soak them in had been a bit of an issueGoing to eat down the stash this summer then fill up again before 31st Oct and the BBBBB word that I won't type cos am sick of it
