Another strange fringe medicine?

Post by nickdutch »

I have started to take CBD for the purposes of (allegedly!) helping my health. It does really seem like a supplement that's worth researching. its just a shame that we aren't allowed to grow it in the UK unless we go through many hoops (so I'm not going to and i dont really recommend anyone else does). Still, its pretty ubiquitous, so you can get it in many places. (holland and barret and other health stores, vape shops, head shops and the like). It seems to be in two overlapping markets, Health supplementation and recreational usage.
If my information is correct it may help me with the leaky gut, candida, nausea, general digestive issues, anxiety, sleep issues, detox and immune functioning.
Help the health for the future in a new way !

CBD = cannabidiol, for those of us not familiar with the TLA*

And its legal to buy in shops. Uncontrolled and the WHO says its pretty low risk. The health benefits are supposed to be amazing (and can sometimes be quite good fun)
