Absolutely! If I can manage it, I hope to get up to the lakes towards the end of the summer. I found a reasonably priced campsite near Buxton for this Peak District jaunt. Just need to work out how to get there.

How did the night go in your new tent?

Do you still go camping B?
Oh yes! I'm planning a weekend in the peak district soon. Wanna come?
I need some kit and my impending US trip is taking up all spare dosh. Already June and the savings aren't as healthy as they should be yet.

Next year though!

If you're ever back up this way you're more than welcome to head out for a camp. We can still wild camp and I've got a few good places I use.

New tenty is holding up well, no leaks and seems to be far more sturdy. Anyone here heading up to Ambleside, give me a bell and maybe have a beer🍺 oh and hurry up, I’m thirsty.
