Hi Folks!
Ages ago I bought a bundle of 9ct gold rings with a mixture of stones in them. I want to sell them as they are rather than scrap for example. Ebay is the obvious choice but I'd be grateful for any help. Pawnbrokers are stingy round here! Thanks!

Ha ha! Love it! joking aside though I do have a cheap and cheerful copy of the Master Ring engraved in Elvish around the outside and inner surfaces. Sadly it doesn't work on my car which got a parking ticket. Darn.

Meanwhile NOT in middle earth...
...from experience I would think you would be better going round any independent jewellers than the pawn/hock/rip off shops mate. In those places they have you over a barrel and dont they just know it. Rotten sods that they are. Asian jewellery shops are often a good bet for weighty or bling stuff.
Good luck, my friend !

I can't trust Govt or local Council to help me so i have to help myself.

Good on him, I have family and friends in/retired from the fire services, UK & US and they need all the appreciation and help they can get.
However, I think, jumping to a conclusion that the OP may be in need of the readies himself (I know I am), may not be in the position where he can afford to donate (I know Im not) so...
