Aldi sell coconut oil in glass jars for a reasonable price too.

We get ours from Amazon. We can buy it in larger quantities and it's better quality; cold pressed organic.
I use it for making soap, we can use it for cooking, it can be made into salves and all sorts of other things. And it doesn't go 'off'. Bloody marvellous stuff

If you go to the home page there's a section called 'New Members start here' or something like it, just put a quick ditty on about yourself, have a look at some of the ones already there, it doesn't have to be anything fancy.Be Prepared101 wrote:hi how do i introduce myself i am new at this.Deeps wrote:Welcome to the forum and thanks for the link, could you nip across to the Welcome section and introduce yourself.Be Prepared101 wrote:try this website out http://www.beprepared101.co.uk/store/pr ... ted-butter

£1.99 per a can.
I have no links to this vendor but they do seem to have a good reputation

Just checked my jars and they too are cold pressed and organic. Love it, it's great for rubbing into the skin after a shower £2.99 for 300ml!

We go through about 500g whenever I make soap, and at least 50g per day for bulletproof coffee!
This is the stuff we use, and, bonus, the tubs it comes in are reuseable.

It's bulletproof coffee; single source beans for filter coffee, to which OH adds grass fed butter - Grahams - and coconut oil, then zaps with a stick blender. Hell of an energy kick without the caffeine crash, and it does double duty as breakfast for me, as I can't stomach food first thing in the morning.
Worth having a google, just don't fall for buying the horribly expensive branded stuffs, you really don't need it!
