Hi, already got some great tips from here so thought we ( the wife and i) should join, im liable to be a problem as im partially disabled (trouble walking and on lots of meds) we are just starting to build up our BOB's so any advice is welcome.

Hi, welcome to the forum I am from North Kent, take it easy and read, read, read. If you are not careful prepping can overwhelm you as I found out.
