Hi everyone! I'm Rachel from Gloucestershire. Been doing some prepping since 2000 and more seriously since 2007. I love foraging and have considerable knowledge of nutritional and herbal medicine as well as 20 years of First Aid experience. It's great to find similar people to swap ideas with.
