At the moment I have an interest in long term storage of food, where I don't want to be completely reliant on canned and commercially produced dried food. So the Food Nutrition and Agriculture board is really interesting, particularly the thread on dehydrating food.

Hello and welcome to the Forum. :)
The roads are pretty bad and if you do end up getting stuck its hard to justify your reason for being on the roads as 'vegan mince for a feckin' princess'.
