Best peppers coms

I've been a radio ham and survivalist for many years now. I've tried many sets and the one that comes up best is the FT817 plus the Z817 atu. At only 5 watts out and internally powered it's ideal for peppers. The Z817 atu is also internally powered with a very long battery life. The FT817 covers 1.8 mhz to 432mhz. With the Z817 atu young only need simple antennas. The ring of my choice.
