Chapatis only consist of flour salt and hot water and are fried in a hot dry frying pan. Pancakes fried in oil are a great food. Any day is pancake day in our house. With regards to milk WTSHTF I've been practising with dried milk made up in water and its great for cooking with. Rice pud, pancakes porridge it does em all.
