100g white sugar
120ml black treacle
1 egg
1 egg yolk
155g plan flour
5g cocoa powder
2g ground ginger
2g ground cinnamon
1g ground allspice
2g ground nutmeg
2g salt
5g baking soda
120 ml warm milk
1. Warm the milk up in a microwave or pan and add the baking soda
2. Put the utterly butterly in a bowl and mix in the sugar with an electric whisk.
3.Add all the wet ingredients to the bawl and mix adding all the spices and mix well
4. Add the flour bit, by bit while mixing.
5. Put in cup cake cases
6. Bake for 20min at 175
