Easy kidney bean curry

Post by jansman » Sun Jun 09, 2019 7:14 am

My wife is semi- vegetarian these days,so food reflects that.We fancied a curry the other day,and dropped on this one:

We use the tubes of minced garlic, and frozen ginger, which means we always have them in.Oh yes,and chopped coriander in the freezer too.

Hungry now and its still morning. Good recipe, thanks.

The 'One-Pot' potato and mushroom curry is another winner.

I'm a huge fan of one-pot cookery, but I get stuck on flavour combinations, for food and the sauce, which is why I fall back on pesto too often. These are great, thanks both :)

Great minds! Chilli non carne for us last night with couscous. Tinned onions/red beans/tomatoes/potatoes, frozen allotment garlic/chillis/peppers, shop-bought sunflower oil/couscous. Took 15 minutes to prepare/cook. Two pots I'm afraid - one for the chilli and one for the couscous.
