Below is the recipe for making cheese with your easiyo sachets. I will post a few others from the cookbook if anyone is interested?
Healthy substitute for cream cheese and cottage cheese.
You can also use the fruity flavoured sachets to make a fruity cheese/butter but you will need the creamy variety for this.
Make up your Greek/plain sachet as per normal and chill in the fridge till set overnight.
Next morning place the contents into a sieve lined with several layers of damp cheesecloth or a coffee filter and set over a bowl to catch the whey. Pour in the yogurt.
Once drained to the required consistency remove from sieve into a dish and cover. Refrigerated this will keep for up to a week.
You can add any herbs and spices into this, just mix into the mixture before you drain off the whey.
