I`ll just pop them in here as and when I get time. :)

Beef Layer Pie with Yoghurt Topping.
Serves 4.
4ounces onions, chopped.
1 ounce butter or marge.
8 ounces cold roast beef minced, or mince.
(my own note...you can mix the meat with meat substitute to bulk out and it works fine :D )
1/4 level teasp mixed herbs.
2 level tablesp tomato puree.
1 teasp worcestershire sauce.
salt and pepper.
1 lb cooked tatties.
8 ounces skinned, sliced tomatoes.
1 egg.
1 ounce flour.
1 carton natural yoghurt.
paprika.

pre heat overn mark 5, 373 F.
Cook onions gently in the butter. Add cooked minced meat, mixed herbs, tomato puree, worcestershire sauce, and season to taste.
Arrange a layer of tatties, then the meat mixture, another layer of tatties. Cover casserole and bake for 30 mins.
Beat the egg and blend in the flour and the yoghurt. Season to taste and spoon over the pie after it has cooked for 30 mins.
Return pie with topping to the oven and cook for a further 30 mins. Dust top with paprika before serving.

A good dish for using uip cold meat, good with lamb or chicken too! :D
