is the article that I read just going to show what you can make from some tinned food, panty staples and the odd extra ingredient. I think this is a great thing to inspire folks but I was amazed that the younger generation in the survey viewed canned food as suspect and often wouldn't touch it!

Forget poncy chefs ( I work in the food industry and am qualified to say that!!) This is the lady to tell you about tinned food.She even has a book.The Tiinned Can Cook.you have to buy it.

Jack (as mentioned above) is now vegan, her earlier books however are more omnivorous... And she's refused to rewrite or remove from the catalogue those non-vegan books and recipes
