I have yet to try dehydrating full meals, I've only dehydrated individual veggies. Whilst I may not try the buffalo chicken recipe I think I might be game to experiment with the dehydrator more this year! Does anyone have any definite no-nos re full meal dehydrating?

Reduced weight by 150 grams, great for backpacking meals.

Just google your meal first.

That's what I do, most can be found on you tube.

If you're going to vac seal there can be some hard edges so you need to 'armour' your bag, I've used cut down 'inner' bags sometimes with a bit of kitchen towel between the inner and outer bag.
