Post by NorthernWoody »

I have just been given a mahoosive bag of Victoria's.

There is only so much jam and crumble I can eat, store and freeze!

Other ideas anyone please?

Just been given more plums and a recipe for wine, though personally I'm looking forward to plum jam. Nomnomnom.
But first. I'm off elderberry picking this morning, so the plums have (somehow) been stuffed in the freezer!

You could always try dehydrating them into prunes
