Pickled Eggs

I have to say the pickled eggs are an aquired taste. I quite like the idea of dehydrating them though. I guess this would be like the powdered eggs they use in mcdonalds (at least I heard thats what they use). Tip for anyone who is pickling eggs. Don't use fresh eggs. They are a b*tch to peel.
