This is something to take seriously I think
Not worried about powering the whole house,just eating hot food,getting a brew,seeing through the dark,and staying warm.

you would need a large volume to make a soup? I would suggest they are best just eaten raw as a side to other meals. By not cooking them you are retaining all of the nutritional content which is the biggest reason for bothering to do them, each one is a powerhouse of micro nutrients.

I agree that would be the most nutritious ... but I'm not a fan of raw foods/salads, I confess. Throwing them into a stir fry for a minute is an acceptable alternative, for me.

Lil, I think lentils are the answer in soups, rinsed well beforehand. The little red ones dissolve, the green ones remain whole and give some texture. You have to season like billio, mind you!

Yes sorry I didn't make meself clear as usual lol. I meant what ones would do to add to soups but now realise that any would do. I'm another one who wouldn't eat them raw but stirfry is a very good idea ty!
