Pickled cauliflower

Another favourite of mine is pickled cauliflower- I love it.Just done some more to top up the stores using the good old Sarson's recipe.https://www.sarsons.co.uk/recipes/pickled-cauliflower

Is it the pickling that does not allow it? I guess veg is good as it is?

High carb veg is out so all types of root veg. The salt and sugar is out too. :evil:

I never realised that even vegetables could come under such close dietary scrutiny.

That's a really simple recipe, I like it.
