Busy day here making 6 jars of piccalilli, 6 of pickled onions and 2 of gherkins, nice thing we grew the main ingredients ourselves.

Tomorrow is rose hip gathering day as we had our first frost today!

Herbs. I have just cut back my sage and rosemary plants and now have the cuttings hanging in the airing cupboard to dry. Once dry, I will stick them in some small herb n spice jars.
