Loaf in Birmingham is running a 3 hour forage and cook class. You scour the city's canals, parks, highways and byways for all the usual goodies including sorrel, wild garlic, japonica quince and meadowsweet ... before heading back and cooking up your meal.
Great for those of us who are unsure of what is edible, city based foraging seems to make more sense in this country, as most people are going with the bug-in option.
It costs a pretty reasonable £40 for a skill that will last a lifetime.
