BOV Old Style

Post by redskies »

This just popped up on my newsfeed over on FB.

Possibly not terribly defensible and practical, but I love it!

I do like the idea of a BoV looking like something else.

I like the idea of converting a vehicle like that, maybe an old horse lorry. In fact I did have a dream about doing that, mentioned it to OH and his response was ' not another big project!'

I know what you mean, and a horse truck is a good option as it is also not going to be obviously a BoV.

The ideal way to bi invisible in plain sight, which may be important if going through a Zombie area ;)

when i was a kid, and knight rider was on tv, i lived near a british rail depot, and they had these huge yellow lorries with a cabin on the back for workmen to have a brew and travel etc. i always fantasised of altering one of these to be like a mobile command station or something....odd boy.

looking back now itd be just as cool :D

It's the whole 'house wherever you go' thing. And that it looks like something it isn't. As said, the best way to hide is to do it in plain sight :)
