Bit of an old post now - But i would add the Stop-n-Go puncture repair set .
This can have you moving within 2 mins of finding a screw or nail in the tyre .
You push a repair plug into the handle
Place the insertion tube over the pointed probe handle
Pull out the screw / nail and shove the insertion tube / probe into the hole
Unscrew the probe handle leaving the insertion tube in the tyre
screw on the plug carrier handle and turn the plunger to insert the plug
Pull the handle and insertion tube out and cut off any excess plug to just above the tread .
Reinflate if the tyre was already flat and your away .
The mushroom head of the plug is inside the tyre and expanded so that there is no way it can be pulled back out unlike the old string / glue type of agricultural tyre repair plugs .
I have used them for years now and although expensive at around £30 .You can mend around 20 punctures with the provided plugs and replacement mushroom repair plugs are only around £12 for a bag of 50 .
If the world you know had ended and you need a way of fixing a puncture fast , They are a reliable and quick fix to get you on your way and much better than the squirty can stuff .
And another item would be a Clarke 4 ton body puller set .They can be used to pull / push / lift and spread/ split heavy objects .The 10 ton set is better but much more expensive than the 4 ton set .
I even use my 4 ton set to lift concrete fencing gravel boards with the panels in place to level them on gradients .As well as being used to pop bottom ball joints off vehicle hubs and jacking them back together again .They can lend them self to many uses other than car body repairs .
And as small £5 fluid transfer pumps have become available , one of these would enable you to not only scavenge fuel but also get oil / water from other vehicles with ease due to the differing sizes of tubes provided in the set .Where a std siphon hand pump would fail .

Anyone used a variety of these kits, seen these advertised, anyone used them?

Not used one but I do carry a kit as well as two spare wheels.
My prepping consists of bugging out by bicycle so any comments are likely to be based on that scenario.

Please bear in mind i am prepping for the River Thames to flood and how i can get to safe ground, I'm not worried about the end of the world..... I'll die with the other Minions.
I can't trust Govt or local Council to help me so i have to help myself.
