knee brace
just a thought i already have one bad knee as it is with a screw to hold the bone in place i have few knee braces but i hate wearing them comfort is crap could anyone gimme a few options ? thanks

They offer all different types of braces hinged/non hinged etc.

i have one similar to the one above . its a sports brace more than anything but it keeps my knee cap inplace when i need it too .on its own its not that comfy to wear for long periods of time , but with a tubey grip under it its fine even in this weather

ya thanks guys i dont get that much problem with it but somtimes it can be a pain in the ass first thing in the mornings
