has any body used it before .
it`s ment to help relieve sore or pulled muscles .
from what i`ve read about it , it can give 80% pain relief with out taking tablets .

I see it alot on runners outside and in sports generally. but rare to see it in puffball or rugby on the telly.

they do a mudrun near me and theres four stalls of people strapping everyone up for £20 a pop.
sometimes i think its more fashion that physio.

but then again so many people do use it, there must be some form of support and reason for it.

you cant have to much support or help so a couple of rools in the first aid box is not going to cause any harm

not sure where you would get the information on how to use it properly though

theres a few , ok more than a few vids on you tube , but they seem to give different ways to do the same job .
