Cancer screening

Post by Stonecarver »

Not worried about powering the whole house, just eating hot food, getting a brew, seeing through the dark, and staying warm.

I'm going to make a guess here, is the link about colon cancer? The article can't be viewed because there's a paywall.
Throw us a bone, mate and write a post about it. Go on you know you want to. :D

No paywall for me, only a requirement to disable ad-blocking.

Bullet points from the article:

o The American Cancer Society has issued new guidelines that suggest people should start getting screened for colon and rectal cancers at age 45 instead of 50.
o The new guidelines were issued based on a disconcerting rise in rates of these types of cancers, known as colorectal cancers, in young people.
o Someone born around 1990 is now four times more likely to develop rectal cancer than someone born around 1950.
o There are various types of screening tests that work.
