I don't think you'd like it for long, Wolf :mrgreen: What the pics don't show is that the hens have been hiding in the coop all weekend from the gale force wind, and just come out for a quick scuttle to the feeders and then back in again ! I might have to staple them down !

Yes is a catflap the OH put in the first year we found him. It was a nightmare to do and involved a lot of swearing and the damn bloody cat never did go in the shed :mrgreen: He sits out in blizzards and looks pathetic through the glass kitchen door instead.
And no you canny. He's my pal. He talks to me a lot more than J does !

You forget LIL, wolves are very hardy creatures ! i would love it up there, just a dream though, ah well back to my urban jungle, enjoy that lovely scenary and lifestyle.....bloody jeleous me LOL

Ooh they're posh chooks, Lil! Mine are common ginger hens. I must put some photos up actually if we're sharing chooky pics. Mine are cheeky - Hepzibah the Hooligan Hen has just bl**dy pulled my woolly hat off and run away with it! I picked her up and gave her a cuddle as a punishment :lol:

Lil, can't access the photo but you'll have great fun and hopefully lots of eggs. We got 4 today YIPEE!!! that means 2 of our new hens are finally laying. Lots of baking this weekend I think and some fried egg for tea.... :D
