Thanks for posting this.
With all the studying and general disruption in my bunker I have only just managed to read up to page 11.
I have read on other sites the same socio-economic woes which could lead to the tipping point of no, or little, return. I think that I should treat myself to reading further as the thoughts the author transmits are something I can relate to.
