Freezers

Hi, any body know how long i will have to run my generater for, each day, to keep my food frozzen.
its petrol and quite thirsty

Estimates vary that I have seen, one said as little as a couple of hours a day, others 3 or 4 hours twice a day (morning and evening). I have never tried it with the freezer so cant offer a definite answer but keeping it full, even if its just with frozen water, will help keep it frozen for longer.

Mine is petrol as well and the documentation states it on will use on average 6 ltrs in 8 hours

Make sure the seals are good as well, as properly sealed they will retain coldness for a time before things start to thaw out. If you had the chance to do so, running an experiment could be useful. But that's only in the good graces of time to do such really heh.
