12volt powered battery charger

Hi, I'm on the hunt and having problems, I've got a nice 12volt 400watt wind generator, powers the workshop fine but what I need is a battery charger for all the gadgets in the house. I thought that running off my leisure batteries, I could charge all the small batteries. Sensible eh but can not find a suitable charger anybody know where I can get a 12volt powered charger?
