i got most of mine from procook. Not too expensive but seem ok. Like others have said though you do need to look after the blades. Some of the more expensive are hard to resharpen if you lose the edge.

I was a chef for 17 years, I couldn’t fault Gustav EmilErn, my knife of choice, had the 12 inch serrated carver, boning, chefs and paring knives, all top quality.

Morning! Web connection still not sorted, but kitchen knives and sharpener delivered. Too long to wait to go to the shop, so I bought online. Wrong size main knife, I wanted one the size of my bread knife, but its very lovely. Quick piccie:
