can anyone advise me as to the best place to obtain food grade buckets with lids free or cheap, and mylar bags of various sizes thanks .

mine came from the local bakery ,
prep cooking oil comes in buckets , but they`re not up to much .
have a look on ebay , from memory they`re not expensive .

I work for a butcher/ deli/ bakery. We sling dozens every week. Find a similar place, ask politely, and you may be surprised.

I did ask at Amy local bakers once, they only have the smaller buckets & tend to re-use them themselves, making scrapers out of the lids etc. apparently.

My local bakery sells theirs off at a quid a pop..... And most of them are square or rectangular so they fit better on shelves.
