German Army Shirts

I purchased some time back 3 German shirts (new Unissued) the seller assured me all were the same size....... the main problem I have in life is sleeve length! 1 fitted me and the other 2 are short in the sleeves.
you cant get these nowadays and the few that remain are up for ridiculous prices.

collar seem to hem at rear 31"
shoulder seem to cuff 24"
