British Red Cross Apps

Post by Dave999 »

I stumbled across this page and thought it would be worth sharing.

https://www.redcross.org.uk/get-help/pr ... gency-apps

The British Red Cross have a number of apps available on Android and Apple including their Emergency App, First Aid App and Baby and Child First Aid App.

I've only just found them so have no experience in using them but the Emergency App looks particularly useful as it says it can alert you to emergencies in your particular area.

Maybe worth a download.

I've got it already even as a first aider it's handy to have a quick reference to hand to clear and brain fog .....

Seems a bit dated no mention of tourniquets or celox..

Also look into

Citizen aid
If your roughing it, Your doing it wrong ;)

Lack of planning on your part doesn't make it an emergency on mine
