Arktis Shirt

Hi- anyone got one of these http://www.arktisltd.co.uk/products/a110/ seen one on ebay I like!

Any experience?

Its style looks like a cross between the old issue dpm/desert shirts and the new mtp ones, so its got some handy pockets on it and the different material might make it comfortable like the old style was. Id say its probably more for summer though, otherwise your outer layer would block off everything in the pockets, probably handy for foraging trips or wearing round the campsite :)

No experience of this particular item but Arktis makes some great kit. I have some for work and play and have always been reliable and functional.

why don't they do these sort of shirts in real men sizes ?(3XLFB: 3extra large fat bastard! :lol: )

I wouldn't say "portly" more like stocky....but I'm bigger than most people I know and that is the problem getting any sort of surplus clothing as they don't seem to do the sizes, so when I do see it I grab it will both hands, leading to the cry from the wife " oh no, not yet another jacket!" :lol: :lol:

Well I bought one and they are great- very well made and very comfortable.

I think I will buy another off ebay!
