universal socket?

Post by Wolfman »

has anyone got any experience with this type of socket? :

can be had on the bay of evil for not major money, thought it might be a good addition to any vehicle kit/bugout bag as an all rounder? might be handy for gaining access to certain areas post SHTF, thinking along the lines of dismantling fencing/barriers for access/entry

any opinions?

linky not working , but if its kind of socket that has pins in the middle . don`t waste your hard earned money on them . all the hype about them and they aren`t worth tool box space .
YES i walked away mid sentence , you were boring me to death and my survival instincts kick in .

Totally agree, if you're working out of pockets etc then an adjustable 'shifter' is really handy. I would imagine in a SHTF scenario that it would be several steps above hee-haw (or having to carry a full set of spanners).
