I asked too and the man said it was all in the prep... Brush teeth swill with mouth wash ideally corsidol type mouthwash then . Bit of clove oil an hour before then nvm you don't want to seal any bugs behind your temporary plug....


Then follow DIY dentist kit

Using the emergency cash I kept at home was a bad idea, not replacing said cash was a fail. I know that cashlines are still working and I could replace it, but I am a keyworker and feel I am at enough risk without wandering around shops, hanging about near cashlines etc. I am simply going to work and coming home where I change and shower. Once this is over and things return to whatever our new normal is I will replace and definitely not use it unless there is a proper emergency.
