finally got round to making some plum jam, 12 pots today and hopefully the same tomorrow. Plum tree absolutely laden, unfortunately apple tree very sparce.

Managed to stand an unused 350L water butt for free today, just need to decide which where to site it...

Bottled up some more tomatoes and saved some seeds from our runner beans and peas. Greased the hens legs.

Had my flu jab this morning. The leaflet outlines that the vaccine covers 4 strains this year.

Laid up the caravan for the winter, drained down fluids, jacked up on stands with wheels off, trickle vents open, cover will go on next week once im sure I haven't forgotten anything. (Now sitting depressed with beer in hand)
