I think so.Calor is ( as far as I know) owned by Royal Dutch Shell.Calor have terminals and storage at coastal areas,so it would follow that it is imported.I suspect some of it is a direct by product of North Sea oil production somewhere, but not all.

Many static and touring caravan sites advertise Calor gas for sale, so I assume it may be for EU caravans.

Just wonder if it's going to be in short supply for a time as I use it for cooking.

Last winters epic cock up might have been learned from, they had either a terminal or plant shut for maintenance then another one was shut due to an accident.

Calor is a UK only brand you can't get it abroad....

It's the same stuff in the bottles but most caravanners abroad use camping Gaz.

UK wise calor is flipping expensive but you can exchange the bottles can be exchanged UK wide

A 7 kg butane calor runs at £23 for a refill

A 2.7 kg camping Gaz 907 is pushing £30 a fill

Last 15kg butane bottle branded ennergas I got was £21.........

Look up local bottle suppliers "local brands" just be aware most use a different regulator iirc calor is 21mm and our local places bottles are 20mm regulator fittings

Other option are refillable bottles however many autogas stocking petrol stations don't like you filling bottles as they don't understand it as it's not a car.... They have recently ammended the regs about filling read more :

I should have said - we use 47kg cylinders of Propane, for the cooker. I'm just wondering how or if Brexit will affect supplies.

I have had a good scout round, but there is no definitive answer.Until now.25% made here,75% Europe...

The more I look into where everything comes from, the more concerned I get.
