Re: Venezuela
I also looked at that, gob-smacked, this morning!
Thing is, I thought Venezuela's troubles started with the drop in oil prices hurting tax revenues? Now that it's getting back where it was (at least petrol prices are) surely it would offer some respite?

Re: Venezuela
Oh you're such a cynic.
Yeah, who'd have thunk it though, people really are a selfish and greedy bunch. Going off at a tangent but I'm sure Chavez invited Gaddafi to leave Libya and move to Venezuela to live in luxury with his billions but the arrogant git decided to stay and fight it out. That one ended up with the good guys winning (well the bad guy losing) although its looking like the bad guy will have his day in Syria.
Sorry for the negative waves peeps.
Re: Venezuela
It just saddens me that so many resource-rich countries that should have citizens living a good life (not even amazing life) get taken down by literally a handful of greedy b@st@rds
Re: Venezuela
Totally agree, I'd make a really crap dictator, I don't need much and I certainly wouldn't be hanging on out of ego.
