Re: Will there be food shortages in the UK?
Adapting to a new situation is a given, but prepping in order to at least get by with a bit of a modicum of comfort, at least in the initial stages of something long term, acquiring anything that helps the transition of having to not having, prevents an abrupt change of habits. Re: Will there be food shortages in the UK?
I live alone, not a big eater as can’t afford to be anyway. Only tins and microwave dinners, plus sandwiches, making toast and pot noodles. No breakfasts, not always a lunch, dinners are definitely not knife and fork jobs, as in proper meals - can’t use cooker or oven. Don’t smoke, only vice being t...

Re: Lockdown?
I reckon conspiracy theorists would have a field day with this, likely suggesting that the whole thing has been exaggerated in order to test United worldwide reaction and prevention measures to source a pandemic it and keep it contained. If so, many countries appear to be severely lacking in prepara...

Re: FFP3 masks question
Interestingly there was a news article saying that wearing a mask may heighten your chances of catching Coronavirus. I’m assuming they are meaning, if the inside gets contaminated before you start wearing it, you are constantly breathing it in without any way of gaining outside air/ventilation. Ther...

I do believe in stocking up basics anyway, but more so now.
It’s funny how things like that are overlooked.
Hygiene, etc., is truly important....

Not been here long myself, but I’m interested to know what you find so interesting, I guess obviously being something you’ve not seen covered on another forum(s).
