As a person who uses a stethoscope daily, you get what you pay for with one. If your concerned about what to listen for there are loads of sites that have audio files so you can learn. Most people who know how to use them will have one or two anyway so having a cheap one just in case someone can use...

Those strips are skin link. They are great. They are as strong as sutures and you can use them over joints, unlike glue or stereo strips. They are a bit expensive to use but I think worth it.

Well done mate. I'm not a big fan of people doing shake diets, but it sounds like you're doing really good. I bet the borderline diabetes has sorted itself now after looking 3 stone.
