Boil in the bags meals

Hi guys. Recently in work I’ve been buying some boil in the bag meals to see how they were and judging on that whether I’d bulk buy and store. They’re called ‘Look What We Found’ and it seems like it’s a small firm with all English ingredients and they’re really nice. They were 2 for £3 in Booths an...

Re: Maxperdition sling bag alternatives ?

Is Maxpedition all it’s cracked up to be or is it just the same as the cheap Chinese crap on eBay with a badge on? I bought a 50litre Molle backpack two years ago and the zip pull things have snapped as if they were biscuit. I’m looking for a new one now, I’ve had to tie para cord loops on them all ...

Re: What Preps are you doing this week? Part 6.

Been to home bargains and bought tins of peas, carrots, potatoes, smash and sweet corn.

I’ve also had my delivery or heirloom seeds to start soon.

Re: What Preps are you doing this week? Part 6.

Last weekend I bought 2 x ex army Jerry cans to fill with diesel at the end of the month. Over this weekend I’m scraping the labels from some 5 litre food grade buckets I got from work and will be stuffing 20 packets of instant rice in them. Preparing for Brexit.

Re: Are oxygen absorbers necessary?

I’ve got a question, if you are prepping rice/flour/pasta etc. Do the oxygen absorbers go in the bag with the food or in the container separate from the food?

Re: Hello everybody

Brexit is just the highest priority at the moment for me, it could have a massive knock on effect too. Trade tariff difficulties resulting in higher priced food, lorries blocked at the ports, job losses etc. Lack of medicines, car parts, oil/fuel shortages. It will start in London with riots (Just l...
