Got my gennies and keeping them .Noise where we are isn't a problem . Keeping freezers going isn't really a long term thing because it will eventually be empty .But the ability to keep the boiler for heating and hot water going could be a lifesaver in the winter . Forget air conditioning the condenser would be either blown away with the blast or fried with the emp. Ventilation first you need the size of the building, how many people etc. Then you'll need a air scrubber/ heat exchanger to filter the air when the building is sealed from the atmosphere. DD hammocks jura 2 sleeping bag , very very warm even in winter last year but was in combination with a dd under quilt.
