Would I need to insulate INDOOR pipes - i.e. the ones under the sink - as well as any outside pipes?

Itsy, you might want to start with a mugrug. A small quilted rectangle, for a mug and a small snack. If you go to http://www.craftster.org you'll find anything and everything related to crafts. Ooooh, I just saw that you wanted two/three courses...does the wine count as a course?

If not then I would stew some apples (we're assuming I have an apple tree in the garden...) with some sugar and a sprinkling of cinnamon and have that with custard.
